- Selfie or liveness verification image where required during enhanced verification.
2.3 Financial Data
- GCash or Maya account number associated with your ernph deposits and withdrawals.
- Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks) where applicable.

6 Sharing Your Personal Data
ernph does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processors: GCash, Maya, partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and cryptocurrency processing services, to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
- Identity verification (KYC/AML) providers: Third-party services that assist in verifying your identity documents and screening against sanctions lists, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
- Game software providers: ernph's game providers may receive pseudonymized session data necessary for game operation and audit purposes. They do not receive your full identity profile.

- KYC documents: Minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, or longer if required by applicable Philippine law.
- Transaction records: Minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
- Support communications: Three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless a related dispute or legal matter requires longer retention.
- Self-exclusion records: Retained for the full duration of the self-exclusion period and for at least two (2) years thereafter, to prevent inadvertent re-registration.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ernph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.

11 Children's and Underage Players' Privacy
ernph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. Access to the ernph platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 years and above in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. If ernph becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will immediately close the associated account and delete all related personal data.

12 Updates to This Privacy Policy
ernph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, or platform practices.
