ernph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). ernph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the ernph account holder.

You may close your ernph account at any time by contacting ernph support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method.
ernph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) the player is a problem gambler who has requested self-exclusion; or (d) closure is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ernph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ernph support to seek an amicable resolution. ernph commits to responding to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to engaging in good-faith resolution efforts.
ernph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ernph will notify registered players via email or a platform notice at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the ernph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the ernph platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11. The most current version of these Terms is always available at ernph.club/terms-conditions.
